Night Series – #SixSentenceSunday

Hi Everyone –

We’re busy getting ready for Night Thief’s launch, so I thought I’d give you a little sneak peek of what’s to come…

Night Thief is a prequel to Night Walker. You’ll get to meet Kane, one of the original four Night Walker brothers. Kane meets the love of his eternal life the night she robs him. She steals his gold pocket watch and starts them on a crash course with destiny and a path that could destroy them both.

So in remembrance of the watch that brings them together, I have 3 pocket watch necklaces to give away during the launch! J WOOT! We’ll give away two during the blog tour… (If you have a blog and you’d like Kane to stop by, please shoot an email to Sarah at EntangledPublishing.com so she can add you to the tour! Yay!)

And the third watch will be given as a party gift during the Night Thief Release Party on Facebook! J Be sure to go “Like” the Night Series page so you don’t miss a chance to win! http://facebook.com/NightSeries

We’ll also be giving away free copies of Night Thief and a signed copy or two of Night Walker! WOOT!!!

Since it’s Sunday, how about a tiny Six Sentence peek inside the Night Series? Woot!

From Night Walker… This is the night Calisto finds Kate for the first time and he realizes it’s his lost love Tala, but Kate has no memory of him.

With a smile that said he had every intention of seeing her again,

he tipped his head. “Buenos noches, Kate Bradley.”

Her heart raced and her palms sweated when she realized he

meant to leave. No man made her palms sweat. Ever.

His gaze held hers for a moment, full of unspoken promises she didn’t understand. Without another word, he walked away.

Now we leave contemporary San Diego to travel to Paris in 1840…. Ready?

At this point, Kane tracked the woman who stole his pocket watch and found her alone, cataloguing her treasures from the night. He tells her about rumors of a thief who is charming the men of Paris before picking their pockets.

She met his gaze. The candlelight flickered in the clear sea-blue of her eyes. “Perhaps you were not charmed enough, Monsieur Bordeaux.”

“In my rush to find you, I was nearly run down by a coach.”

She glanced down at the watch in his hand, then met his gaze again. “You do cherish that watch.”

He bent closer to her, until his lips nearly brushed hers. “It was not the watch I was after.”

I should have a cover, blurb and book to share soon! WOOT!!! In the meantime, please swing by and like the facebook page… The party will be starting soon! J
